APPLYING SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND IN-DEPTH ASSESSMENTS OF ADULT AND JUVENILE FACILITIES
Lake County Public Safety Center
K2M Design contracted with Lake County to project its jail capacity for adult and juvenile facilities for the next 20 years, to create a project program, evaluate a predetermined site, and estimate probable costs. We also studied inmate processing trends, classifications, and national trends comparison. We then created programs for the Sheriff’s Office, Jail, and Juvenile Detention Center. We are also incorporating Buildings & Grounds, Public Defender, Telecommunications, and local LEA in to the project. Included in the scope our team also facilitated an existing conditions comparative review for the County. These services included data gathering, report writing and meeting participation.
