Cleveland Heights-University Heights State Safety Assessment

K2M Design is currently engaged with a Continuing Services Contract for Professional Services with the Cleveland Heights University Heights School District providing full service architecture and engineering services, as well as project management and assessment and planning work.

The team provide Safety Plans for 13 sites in accordance with State of Ohio Safety initiatives known as “Safer Schools”. The services included architectural and engineering field measuring, project management and CAD floor plan modifications for the sites selected by the District.

Conceptual Planning Services for the reuse of a vacated school building and associated 11 acre parcel of land for a new Athletic and Wellness Complex for the Cleveland Heights – University Heights School District. The purpose of the engagement is to document a full scope of work necessary in order to complete these services. Project cost varies by task – approx. $8M in total work.
