K2M completed a cursory review of available documents and staff interviews, visual assessment of overall site including paving and walks, visual assessment of structural integrity and architectural components, building exterior, notation of conspicuous code and ADA violations, inventory building components, visual assessment of MEP and Fire Protection systems, and summary of all inspection subject.
