Monroe County Key West Library

The K2M team provided design and coordination for the replacement of the clay tile and single ply roof at the Key West Library. The roof replacement work included approximately 5,000 square feet of new clay tile and 1,000 square feet of 60 mil single ply white EPDM roofing. All flashings, gutters, downspouts, concrete tiles, waterproofing, substrate enhancements, penetration flashings were all designed and detailed by the K2M team. Services performed include team leadership, roof assessments, existing conditions documentation, historical architectural review board, neighborhood committee meetings, schematic design, contract documents, specifications, cost estimating, scheduling, bidding, construction administration, on-site inspections, and project closeout.
