Tri-C ADA Assessment

K2M Design performed Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Compliance assessments including cost estimating and 5-year capital planning for Cuyahoga Community College at their Metro, Eastern, and Western Campuses. As part of the project our team completed all existing conditions compliance surveys, ADA barrier assessments, code reviews, transition plans (“recommendations”), and cost / feasibility summaries. Once recommendations were approved, K2M was responsible for the design services needed to bring all areas into compliance.
